STANDARD'S PRESENTATIONS
Please note the congress standard’s presentation
ORAL

Speakers are encouraged to make their oral presentations using power point.
Oral presentations will last 15min in total.

Please note that you will not be able to use your own computer. All presentations must be in PowerPoint, any version up to 2007 (only extension .ppt will be readable). You may use your own computer in case of Macintosh but you should bring all adaptors and cables needed.

  • Animation and sound functions will be available. If you bring your presentation data in PC media, please make sure that the data is applicable to Windows Media Player.
  • All speakers should check into the Speaker’s Room at least two hours prior to the beginning of their session.
POSTERS

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (3') wide x 120cm. (4’) high.
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).

It is your responsibility to bring a printed poster.

Please, when hanging the posters note no thumbtacks will be allowed. We ask you to please, use double-sided tape. Thanks.

Abstracts must be written in English using the template available online (CLIK HERE). Please download the template and follow the instructions therein.
Abstracts should contain a brief, clear statement of conclusion. All abbreviations must be defined before being used in the text. Abstracts must be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar before submission.
Title: Should be limited to 80 characters in length. Exceeding characters will be truncated.
Presenting author: The name of the presenting author must appear first in the list of authors.
Affiliation: Please report the information in a concise manner. The e-mail address of the presenting author is recommended.
Main text: There is enough space for approximately 550 words (3500 characters) of text in Times New Roman, font size 9 in a maximum area of 8.5  24 cm. Do NOT use a smaller font size. Use single spacing. Include graphics (minimum resolution 300 dpi) only if they will be necessary, and if they will reproduce well in black and white. Please save your diagrams at the correct size before including them in your abstract, note that the maximum size allowed for the uploaded document will be of 2 MB.
